With a foundation as a licensed naprapath since 2012, I've always been drawn to understanding the body's natural healing mechanisms. My journey into energy work began in 2022 with Reiki Healing training, followed by my first KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) session which opened a completely new world for me and beautifully complemented my hands-on healing background. This profound experience sparked a deep calling to explore and understand the transformative power of energy healing.
What drives me is seeing the amazing changes that happen when we give the body space to heal. My own journey has taught me that true healing happens when we honor both the body's wisdom and the soul's longing. I'm here to hold space for your unique journey of healing and transformation.
On a personal note, I am a mother of two sons and currently split my time between Spain and Sweden, bringing a multicultural perspective to my healing work.
